Coronavirus Results Not Received: To comply with HIPAA please complete the CONTACT EMTS FORM below and provide name, phone number and email used to register for the test. An EMTS authorized staff member will reset your patient portal and resend results. Note: If an individual tests positive the lab will call and in addition send an email and/or text via the patient portal.  A negative test result notification will be via email and/or text through the patient portal.
